Return Products
Product return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. In case you wish to be issued a credit, the issue is made within 5 days from the day of delivery to the company provided that the following Return Terms are met.
Shipping costs for the return of a shipping product are borne by the customer.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of products that do not comply with the Return Terms listed below.
Failure to do so may result in shipping costs.

Return Terms
The following conditions must be met in full in order for the return of the order to be accepted:
- The request for return or exchange does not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, based on the receipt documents.
- All returned items must be received by us in the original condition in which you received them, without signs of wear, soiling and suitable for resale.
- All products must bear all the labels and accompanying tabs of the manufacturer that they had at the time of purchase as well as the packaging that came with them.
- If the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the products to the company and exchange them with others, or a refund will be made.
- In case of non-compliance with the terms, alphashoes.gr reserves the right not to accept the return.
- The customer always has the absolute responsibility of sending the product to the address where our business is located, as alphashoes.gr as the recipient, is unable to look for the parcel in any shipping.
- You retain the responsibility for the returned goods to reach our store, so we suggest you choose a courier service.
- alphashoes.gr is not responsible for goods lost on return.
